Most paperwork about a home is scattered: a folder of old receipts, an inspection report from move-in day, a few phone photos from the last time something broke. A Home Record puts all of it in one place, and keeps building for as long as you own your home.
Every Home Record begins with a Home Capture visit. It’s about two hours: we walk your entire property, measuring, photographing, and noting every room, along with your flooring, HVAC system, electrical panel and circuits, fixtures, appliances, and warranties and manuals. That becomes the baseline of your personal Home Record.
From there, every visit adds to it. Big project or small repair, each one gets logged: what was done, when, by whom, with photos, so the record only gets more complete over time.
