Before starting Happy Homes, I spent 15+ years in construction management across the DMV, including site development for regional home communities and project supervision for a national homebuilder, working across price points from starter homes up through $1.3M builds. I’ve run custom renovations and commercial builds from first walkthrough to final punch list for homeowners across Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Happy Homes Custom Solutions is that same experience, built around one homeowner and one house at a time.

Depending on the job, that might mean me on-site, a member of our crew, or a vetted contractor from our network, all coordinated through the same one-call relationship and logged in your Home Record. Everyone who works on your home is expected to carry the same standard: licensed and insured for the work they’re doing, with that verified before they’re on our list. If a job calls for a specialty trade, you’ll know upfront who’s doing the work and what they’re licensed for. No guessing.
