What to Expect From Your Visit

Before we come out, clear a path to anything you’d like us to look at: attic, crawlspace, basement, garage. Jot down your top priorities too, so we don’t miss what matters most to you. A full Home Check runs about 45–60 minutes: we start by listening, then walk the property room by room, documenting what we find. No pressure, no on-the-spot sales pitch. Just a straightforward look, in plain language.

You’ll get a written summary (and an estimate, if the visit calls for one) afterward. Everything we document becomes part of your Home Record, so it’s there whenever you need it.
